Re: Addressing Changes
Lots 34 and 40, Tract 3813
Dear Mr. Wardy:
As you requested, we are changing the addressing for the two properties listed above.
The existing lower dwelling unit at 110 40th Street will become 3960 Seashore Drive and
the existing upper dwelling unit at 110 ½ 40th Street will become 3980 Seashore Drive.
The existing lower dwelling unit at 109 41st Street will become 4100A Seashore Drive
and the existing upper dwelling unit at 109 ½ 41st Street will become 4100B Seashore
Drive.
We will advise City departments; however, it is your responsibility to inform all other
affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, utilities, etc. Please be sure to
notify your local telephone service carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency
calls are dispatched to valid addresses.
The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their
background, and clearly visible from the street.
