Dear Mr. Bergstrom,
Per your request, we are assigning the address of 4400 River Avenue to the
Newport Marina Villas Home Owner’s Association common area as illustrated in
the attached exhibit.
We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all
other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County
Assessor, utilities, etc. If address numbers are installed, the numbers should be at
least four inches high, of contrasting color to their background, and clearly visible
from the street.

Dave,
At the Newport Marina villas HOA meeting last night we discussed and ongoing problem with entering our complex. While
our address is 4405 West Coast Highway etc. It is illegal to enter from the highway there for people must enter from our
back gate on River street. When people arrive they are not sure they are at the right place. It was proposed that we file
for an additional address such as 4416 River street ( or some alternate) I questioned if this would be allowed but decided
to ask anyway.
