Dear Mr. and Ms. Langford:
As you requested, we are assigning a meter address of 460 (L) Seaward Road for any metering on the
existing laundry room and common utilities on-site. This address is for metering purposes only and does
not represent a fourth dwelling unit or a business address. It cannot be used as a street address.
Please follow the instructions of the utilities so far as how labeling is to be handled on the meters. It is
your responsibility to notify each utility for the laundry and common utility meter address.
We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all other affected
agencies, such as the U.S. Postal Service, Orange County Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to
notify your local telephone service carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are
dispatched to a valid address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting
color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.
