56, and 54 respectively)
As requested, the City of Newport Beach is confirming and clarifying the street name and addresses
for the following dwelling units.
Addressing is as follows for units facing Poppy Avenue:
APN 934-611-61 - 900 Poppy Avenue
APN 934-611-59 - 920 Poppy Avenue
APN 934-611-57 - 940 Poppy Avenue
APN 934-611-46 - 960 Poppy Avenue
Addressing is as follows for units facing Poppy Lane:

Address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their background, and
clearly visible from the street. We will notify City departments; however, it is your responsibility to
advise all other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, utilities, Orange County
Assessor, etc. Please be sure to inform the local telephone service carrier so that responses to any
“9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to valid addresses.
