Re: Address Change for 1021 and 1025 West Balboa Boulevard
Dear Mr. Keilch,
The existing structure on 1025 and 1025 ½ West Balboa Boulevard has been demolished and the lot has reverted to the underlying lot lines of Lots 17 and 18.
Per your request, we are assigning the addresses 1025 West Balboa Boulevard
to Lot 17 of Block 10, Tract 234, and 1021 West Balboa Boulevard to Lot 18 of
Block 10, Tract 234.
We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all
other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County
Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier
so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid
address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.
