As requested, the City of Newport Beach is changing the addresses for the existing
duplex at the subject property.
118 24th Street, the ground floor unit, will now be 118 24th Street, Unit A and 118 ½ 24th
Street, the upper floor unit, will now be 118 24th Street, Unit B.
Address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their
background, and clearly visible from the street. We will notify City departments; however,
it is your responsibility to advise all other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal
Service, utilities, Orange County Assessor, etc. Please be sure to inform the local
telephone service carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched
to valid addresses.
