Re: Address Assignment for Gondola at 300 East Coast Highway

Dear Ms. Mohr,
Per your request, and with authorization of the property ownership, we are
assigning the address of 200 Bayside Drive for the purposes of conducting your
business at the parcel numbered as 440-132-60, and presently addressed as 300
East Coast Highway. The location is depicted in the attachment, which was
provided by you as part of your request.
Please be advised, the 300 East Coast Highway address will remain for the overall
project site.
We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all
other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County
Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier
so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid
address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting
color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.

Hi Ben,
You and I spoke yesterday about the address change for 300 E Coast Hwy, to 200 Bayside Dr.
I spoke with the project manager and their concern is all of the building plans that are in at the
City for the development of that site, and how an address change might affect all of that.
They are asking, instead of changing the entire parcel, if it’s possible for us to have a physical
address of 200 Bayside Dr assigned just for our business. Here is a photo of the property; the
trailer will be in the center of the area circled in yellow:
Let me know if this is an option and, if so, how to effect the change.
