Hello,
As requested, the City of Newport Beach is changing the address of your single-unit dwelling
from 2321 East 16th Street to 2325 East 16th Street.
We will notify City departments; however, it is your responsibility to advise all other affected
agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, utilities, Orange County Assessor, etc. Please be
sure to inform the local telephone service carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency
calls are dispatched to valid addresses. The address numbers should be at least four inches
high, of contrasting color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.
