As requested, the City of Newport Beach is confirming and clarifying the street name and
address for the following single-family unit.
Addressing is as follows for the existing single-family residence:

Please also refer to the attached building permit history reflecting only a single-family
residence at this property.
Address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their
background, and clearly visible from the street. We will notify City departments; however,
it is your responsibility to advise all other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal
Service, utilities, Orange County Assessor, etc. Please be sure to inform the local
telephone service carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched
to valid addresses.
