Hello,
As requested, the City of Newport Beach is assigning addresses for three new tenant locations
in the Fashion Island Shopping Center.
The tenant space located at 363 Newport Center Drive (APN 442 021 30) was recently divided,
resulting in the creation of an additional tenant space:
313 Newport Center Drive
The tenant space located at 811 Newport Center Drive (APN 442 021 31) was recently divided,
resulting in the creation of two additional tenant spaces:
809 Newport Center Drive
815 Newport Center Drive
We will notify City departments; however, it is your responsibility to advise all other affected
agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, utilities, Orange County Assessor, etc. Please be
sure to inform the local telephone service carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency
calls are dispatched to valid addresses.
