Re: Address Change for 3125 Bayside Drive
Dear Mr. Kaviani,
Per your request, we are assigning the address 3131 Bayside Drive to the left-
side unit of the new two-unit condominium on your property at 3125 Bayside Drive.
The 3125 Bayside Drive address will remain for the right-side unit on the property.
Please refer to the attached Address Exhibit for further clarification.
We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all
other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County
Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier
so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid
address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.
