As requested, we have further updated the street name and addresses for the commercial
development and six new condominiums that will be built on this site. The sites were
formerly identified as 3900 and 3928 East Coast Highway. An electrical meter has been
added for the commercial building located at 3900 East Coast Highway. Addressing will
be as follows for Tentative Tract Map 17386:
Commercial Addresses 3900 East Coast Highway (EM)
Gallo’s - 3900 East Coast Highway
Office Tenant 1 - 3902 East Coast Highway, Suite A
Office Tenant 2 - 3902 East Coast Highway, Suite B
Residential Addresses 3928 East Coast Highway (EM)
Unit “A” - 3922 East Coast Highway
Unit “B” - 3920 East Coast Highway
Unit “C” - 3918 East Coast Highway
Unit “D” - 3924 East Coast Highway
Unit “E” - 3926 East Coast Highway
Unit “F” - 3928 East Coast Highway
We will notify City departments; however, it is your responsibility to advise all other
affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, utilities, Orange County Assessor,
etc. Please be sure to inform the local telephone service carrier so that responses to any
“9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to valid addresses.
Address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their
background, and clearly visible from the street.
