Re: Address Assignment – 419 29th Street and 421 29th Street
Hello,
As requested, the City of Newport Beach is confirming and clarifying the street name and
address for two new live-work residential units located on lots legally described as Lots 10 and
11, Block 230, Landcaster’s Addition to Newport Beach. The two lots were previously developed
as one site (APN 047-043-12). The previous development has been demolished and a live-work
unit is under construction on each underlying legal lot. The development was approved under
Site Development Review No. SD2015-006 and Tentative Parcel Map No. NP2015-019 (County
Map No. 2015-145).
As shown in the attached Address Exhibit, the City has assigned the following addresses for
each live-work unit:
Lot 10, Block 230, Landcaster’s Addition to Newport Beach - 419 29th Street
Lot 11, Block 230, Landcaster’s Addition to Newport Beach- 421 29th Street
In addition, this letter is intended to clarify an error in the site address as listed under County
Tax Assessor’s record for Assessor’s Parcel Number 047 043 12, which incorrectly identifies the
site address as 400 29th Street. City permit and mapping records have historically identified the
parcel as 421 29th Street.
We will notify City departments; however, it is your responsibility to advise all other affected
agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, utilities, Orange County Assessor, etc. Please be
sure to inform the local telephone service carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency
calls are dispatched to valid addresses.
