Re: Address Assignment for 4916 and 4918 Seashore Drive

Dear Ms. Herrera,
Per your request, we are assigning the address 4916 Seashore Drive to the new
lower unit and 4918 Seashore Drive to the new upper unit of the recently
constructed two-unit condominium. The previously constructed duplex units were
assigned 4916 Seashore Drive A for the lower unit and 4916 Seashore Drive B for
the upper unit.
We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all
other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County
Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier
so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid
address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting
color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.
