Re: Address Assignment – Divide Suites at 4920 Campus Drive
(APN – 445-141-03)
As requested, the City of Newport Beach is assigning addresses for the two office suites located
4920 Campus Avenue. The subject building was recently divided into two suites.
Both tenant suites will be addressed as 4920 Campus Drive with unit letter qualifiers as follows:
4920 Campus Drive, Suite A
4920 Campus Drive, Suite B
Address numbers and letters should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their
background, and clearly visible from the street. We will notify City departments; however, it is your
responsibility to advise all other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, utilities,
Orange County Assessor, etc. Please be sure to inform the local telephone service carrier, so
that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to valid addresses.
