Re: Address Assignment for 607 East Balboa Boulevard
Dear Mr. Ford,
The existing structure on 607 East Balboa Boulevard currently has the addresses
607 E. Balboa Blvd and 607 E. Balboa Blvd Unit A. Per your request, we are assigning the addresses 607 E. Balboa Unit B, in addition to the Unit A address.
Please see the attached exhibit for additional clarification.
We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all
other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier
so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid
address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting
color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.
