Hello, Mr. Pigazzi.
Per your request: The City of Newport Beach writes to assign the address of 710 Jasmine
Avenue, Unit A to the accessory dwelling unit currently under construction above the garage at
710 Jasmine Avenue (Plan Check No. 0474-2020). The 710 Jasmine Avenue address will remain for the principal residence on the property.
We will notify City departments; however, it is your responsibility to advise all other affected
agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, utilities, Orange County Assessor, etc. Please be sure to inform the local telephone service carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency
calls are dispatched to valid addresses. The address numbers should be at least four inches
high, of contrasting color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.
