Pursuant to the request of Nellie Montejano at Thomas James Homes regarding the above captioned
project, we submit the following.
We have completed a review of the solar modules shop drawing provided by COMPLETE SOLAR
(dated 03110/2022) for the project at address 231 Opal Ave, Newport Beach, Ca 92662. The solar
panel layout ( page PV-1.0 ) complies with the design concept of the project and general compliance
with the information given in the contract documents. The contractor is responsible for: confirming
and correlating all quantities and dimensions; selecting fabrication processes and techniques of
construction; coordination of his work with that of all other trades; and performing his work in a safe
and satisfactory manner.
Signature or initials by a licensed engineer of Gouvis Engineering Consulting Group, Inc. apply only
for shop drawing review.
