RECOMMMMCN: Approve the Personnel Director's selection of Arthur
Young & Company to perform a city -wide classification and compensation
study.
DISCUSSION: Fluids were appropriated in the current budget to contract for
cons tong services necessary to complete this project.
The scope of this Project is to review the classification and compensation
of all City employees, excluding Safety series, rewrite classification
•
specifications and recommend changes.
The consulting firms invited to submit proposals for this Project were:
