This letter is to request the transfer of permit #X2022-0446 (SFR (2) ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEMS),
X2022-0447 (SFR T/O (E) 13S0, INSTALL 1 LAYER UNDERLAYMENT, CLASS'B' MINIMUM) and PV2022-
026 (SFR SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC 3.312 kW, 90 SOLAR GLASS MODULES) to Tesla for the complete
installation of the solar roofing scope at 203 Opal Ave, Newport Beach, CA, 92662. Please note that GSW
Development Inc will NOT seek a refund of the permit fees from the City of Newport Beach after the
transfer of the permits to Tesla. Testa has been contracted to perform the entire solar roofing scope of
work (including but not limited to the installation of the FT Synthetics Cobalt FRM underlayment, the
Tesla sclar roof tiles, the gateway, the energy storage systems and the solar inverter). Should you have
