UNDERGROUND PRE -INSPECTION CHECKLIST
FOR UNDERGROUND DISTRICT 113
IMPORTANT: Application for an electrical permit must be accompanied
by this form when part of an underground district.

The existing service panel is already fed underground. No further action is required.
A new UL listed service panel will be required.
The existing service panel is correct for use with underground conductors and may
be reused.
The existing water bond and grounding electrode is correct.
The water bond and/or grounding method is incorrect.
I was unable to locate the existing water bond and grounding
electrode. This must be verified at the first underground inspection.
I was unable to access your service panel. Please call
949-644-3267 to arrange access for service panel inspection.
For inspections, all panels must have visible buildinq numbers on the outside of the
service panel cover.
NOTE: All work must comply with all adopted codes.
This form must be wet signed to obtain a permit
