UNDERGROUND PRE -INSPECTION CHECKLIST
FOR UNDERGROUND DISTRICT 113
IMPORTANT: Application for an electrical permit must be accompanied
by this form when part of an underground district.

The existing service panel is already fed underground. No further action is required.
A new UL listed service panel will be required.
✓ The existing service panel is correct for use with underground conductors and may
be reused.
The existing water bond and grounding electrode is correct.
The water bond and/or grounding method is incorrect.
✓ I was unable to locate the existing water bond and grounding
electrode. This must be verified at the first underground inspection.

949-644-3267 to arrange access for service panel inspection.
For inspections, all panels must have visible building numbers on the outside of the
service panel cover.
NOTE: All work must comply with all adopted codes.
