We are pleased to inform you that the pool equipment installation located at 15211
Katlateen Lane in the City of Newporti Beach complies with, the CiWs 55dBA noise limit, No
additional noise m ifigatibn is necessary,
The installation was measured on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, using a Larson Davis
Model 700 Type 2 Sbund ]Level Meter. The installation was observed to consist of two Pen, taix
Iintelliflo pumps and a Masteffemp heater, all located in a corner of the property. The
measurement microphone was placed just beyond the top of the nearest property line wood
fences directly west and south of the pool equipment. Both measurements reported a level of 55
dBA for both pumps and the heater unit operating simultaneously. This level meets the CiWs 55
dBA noise limit.
