Describe Inspection, Including Locations :
Observed the epoxy of #4 dowels into the (e) cmu wall and the (e) footings for the remodeling of the walls for the
front courtyard renovation, between the front of the house and the street. All holes were drilled with the proper
size drill bit, blown clean, brushed, and blown clean again, prior to using epoxy. Simpson Set XP epoxy was
used and embedment was 6" for the horlizonal dowels into the cmu wall, and the footings. Verified expiration dates
on the epoxy, prior to use.
