Marine Piles
Scope of work - Remove and replace (2) Conc. Piles at floating dock.
Observed the placement of concrete marine piles per schedule and details on
the approved plan. Schedule on sheet S-2 / S and details on sheet S-2 / V. Piles
installed by way of water jetting.
Locations: Boat Dock
Pile # 1 = 12"sq. x 30' Long, with min. 15' ft. embed.
Pile # 2 = 12"sq. x 30' Long, with min. 15' ft. embed.
Locations:
1 ) Pile # 1 installed today.
2) Pile # 2 installed today.
Work is complete for the areas listed.

To the best of my knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with the Building Department
approved design drawings, specifications and applicable workmanship provisions of the LBC except as
