AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH
AMENDING SECTION 72080E
THE MUNICIPAL CODE, PRO.
' V1D1NG FOR SERVICE FEES
-COVERING THE INSTALLA-
TION OF WATER. CONNEC-
TIONS.
The City Council of the City
,of Newport Beach does hereby
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 7208 of
the Municipal Code of the City
of Newport Beach is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Section 7208. Service Fees.
'The fees for the installation of
water services, or for enlarging
those already in place, shall be
as follows:
The actual cost to the City,
including the cost of the meter
and labor and material in lay.

SECTION 2: This Ordinance
shall be published once in the
Newport Harbor Ensign, a news-
paper of general circulation,
printed and published in the
City of Newport Beach, and shall
be in full force and effect 30
days after the, final passage
thereof.
The above and foregoing Or-
dinance was introduced at a
regular meeting of the Cityf
Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 23rd day of
August, 1954, and was finally
passed and adopted'on the 13th
day of September, 1954, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Broer-
ing, Smith, Bennett, Hill.
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None.
