shall be published once in the

tion, printed and published in
the City of Newport Beach, and,

days after the date of its adop-

This ordinance was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 14th day of
1 September, 1959, and was adopt -
ed on the 28th day of September,
1959, by the following vote, to
