" SECTION t1�02. TIME OF
CITY COUNCIL MEET-
INGS. The Clty?Council shall
hold its regular metings on
the second and fourth Mon-
days in each month at the
hour of seven -thirty o'clock
P.M.
In addition to such regu-
lar meetings, the City Coun-
cil shall convene for the pur-
pose of hearing reports from
the staff and reviewing, dis-
cussing and debating mat-
ters of interest to the City
at the hour of one -thirty
o'clock P.M. on the second
and fourth Mondays in each
month and at seven -thirty
o'clock P.M. on the third
Monday in each montil pro-
vided, however, that ifs the
City Council decides at said
regular meeting on the sec-
ond Monday that there is
no need for a meeting on
said third Monday. the City
Clerk shall post a sign in
the Council chamber at or
prior to ten o'clock A.M. on
su0h third Monday Indicat-
ing no meeting will be held."
SECTION 2: This ordinance
shall be published once in the
Newport Harbor News Press, a
newspaper of general circulation.

of Newport Beach, and the same
shall be effective 30 days .after
the date of its adoption,
This ordinance was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the Citv of Newport
Beach held on the, 9th day of
November. 1959. and was adopt-
ed on the 23d day of November.
