follows:
SECTION 1. The following de-
scribed real property in the City
Of Newport Beach, County of
Orange, State of California, -to
wit:

the easterly 7.26 feet of Lpt'
22, Block 530, Lancesterit
Addition, as per map recaM-
ed in Book 5, page 14, of
Miscellaneous Maps, Records

referred to in Section 9102.2 of

the Newport Beach Munidipall
Code and made a part of Article
1X of said Code, be, and the 'kine
is, hereby rezoned from a b -1
District to a C -o -Z District, and,
said Map No. 8 is hereby amend- `
ed to show this zoning change.

directed to change District
Map No. 8 so as to show the
zoning change described in Sec-
tion 1 hereof, and, as said Dis-
trict blap shall have been so
