ZONING PROPERTY A N D
AMENDING DISTRICT MAP
NO. 27
The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does ordain M
follows:
SECTION 1. The following de-
scribed real property in the City
of Newport Beach, County of
Orange, State of California, tc
A portion of Lot 164,
Block 53 of Irvine's Subdivi-
sion as said subdivision is
shown on a map thereof re-
corded in Rook 1, Page 88 of
Misrellaneons Maps, records
of Orange County, California,
more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the intersec-
tion of the centerline of Ir-
vine Avenue, 110 feet wide,
with the centerline of West -
cliff Drive, 84 feet wide, said
Intersection being also the
most Westerly corner of said
Lot 164; thence South 50° 10'
30" East 766.98 feet along
said centerline of said West -
cliff Drive to an intersection
with the centerline of Rut-
land Road; thence North 39°

SECTION -2. -The. Planning Di-
rector of the City of Newport

dirented to change District Map
No. 27 so as to show the zoning
change described in, Section 1
hereof, and, as said District Map
shall have been so amended, the
same shall remain in full force
and effect and be a part of
Article IX of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. This, - .ordinance.
shall he published once in the of-
ficial newspaper of the City, and
the same shall be effective 30
days after the date of its adop-
tion.
This ordinance was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 9th day of
October, 1961, and was adopted
on the 30th day of October, 1961,
by the following tote, to wit:
