THE CITY OF NEWPORT
BEACH AND KNOWN AS
"FIRST ADDITION TO SU_
PERIOR AVENUE ANNEX"
WHEREAS, pursuant to the
Provisions Of an act of the Legis-
lature of the State Of California,
known as the "Annexation of
Uninhabited Territory Act of
2939 ", the City of Newport Beach
instituted proceedings for the an-
nexation of certain uninhabited
territory contiguous to 'the City
Of Newport Beach and designat-
ed as "First Addition to Superior
Avenue Annex "„ and which is
hereinafter more particularly de-
scribed; and -
wHFREAS, the City Coun-
r11 of the City of Newport Beach
has determined in accordance
With the Annexation of Undo-
habited Territory Act of 1939 the
ownership of the property in the
aforesaid territory proposed to
be annexed; and
WHEREAS, the owners of
more than two - thirds Of the val-
ue of the property in the said
territory have filed written con-
sent AlLb the City Clerk of the
City of Newport Beach prior to
L-11 a,iOption of this ordinance,
-hereby consent was a von, tO
the annexation of said First Ad-
dition to Superior Avenue Annex
to the City of Newport Beath
