ZONING PROPERTY AND
AME!VD NG DISTRICTMAPS

The City Council of the City tI
of Newport Beach does ordain I
as follows: I
SECTION 1. The folloyving de-
scribed real property in the City
of Newport Beach, County oP
Orange, State of California, tc
wit:
Lots 1 to 54, inclusive,
Tract 3851, as showq on a
map recorded in Book 153,
! pages 6, 7, and 8, of Miscel-
laneous Maps, Records of
Orange County, California,
as shown on District Maps Nos.
27 and 28 referred to in Section
9102.2 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code and made a part
of Article IX of said Code, be,
and the same is, hereby rezoned
from an Unclassified District to
an R -1 -B District, and said Maps
Nos. 27 and 28 are hereby amend-
ad _ 13 to show this zoning change.
9MON 2. The Planning Di-
G rector of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby instructed and
directed' to change District Maps
Nos. 27 anil 28 so as to show the
zoning change described in Sec-
tion 1 hereof, and, as said Dis-
trict Maps shall have been so
amended, the same shall remain
