The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. The following de-
scribegl real property in the City
Affidavif of Newport Beach. County of
Orange, State of California, to
wat:
Lots 1 and 2 and Lots 9
through 16 of Block 10, Bal-
boa Tract, as shown on a
map recorded in Book 4,
page 11, of Miscellaneous

December. 1961, and was adopted
