WN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF .NEWPORT BEACH RE-
ZONING PROPERTY A N D
AMENDING DISTRICT MAP
NO. 5
The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. The following de-
scribed real property in the City
of Newport Beach, County of
Orange, State of California, to-
wit:
That portion of lot "D" of
Tract No. 919, in the city of
Newport Beach, county of
Orange, state of California,
as per map recorded in book
29 pages 31 to 34 inclusive
of Miscellaneous Maps, in the
office of the county recorder
of said county, together with
that portion of the street
adjoining said land on the
South, described as a whole
as follows:
as shown on District Map No. 51r
Ste referred to in Section 9102.2 of 4
the Newport Beach Municipal

SECTION 2. Thz Planning Di-
rector of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby instructed and
i directed to change District Map
No. 5 so as to show the zoni;ig
change described in Section 1
hereof, and, as said District Map
shall have been so amended. the
same shall remain in full force
and effect and be a part of
Article I1;: of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. 'This ordinance
'shall be published once is the of-
ficial newspaper of the City, and
the same shall be effective 30
days after the date of its adop-
tion.
The ordinance was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 22nd day of
January, 1962, and was adopted
!on the 13th day of February,
1962, by the following vote, to
wit:
