ORDINANCE NO. 1186
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ESTABLISHING A SETBACK LINE AND AMENDING
DISTRICT MAP N0. 24
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
ordain as follows-
SECTION 1. District Map No. 24 referred to in Section
20.06.030 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code and made a part of
Title 20 of said Code is amended, and a building setback line is
hereby established for the hereinafter described real property in
the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
as follows:
The front building setback line for Lot 69, Tract
1701, as shown on a map recorded in Book 52, Pages
9 and 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
County, California, shall be ten feet (10').
SECTION 2. The Planning Director of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby instructed and directed to change District Map. No.
24 so as to show the building setback line established in Section 1
hereof, and, as said District Map shall have been so amended, the
same shall remain in full force and effect and be a part of Title
20 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published once in the
official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be effective 30
days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 12th day of
�ptember 1966, and was adopted on the 26th day of
September 1966, by the following vote, to wit-
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Rogers. Parsons.
Marshall, Gruber. Cook, Forgit. Shelton
NOES, COUNCILMEN- none
ABSENT COUNCILMEN- None
