ORDINANCE NO. 1236
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH REZONING
PROPERTY AND AMENDING, DISTRICT MAP NO. 50,
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
ordain as follows.
SECTION to The following described real property in
the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
to wit.
Tract No. 6385, as shown on a map recorded in Book
235, pages 1 through 5, of Miscellaneous Maps, in
the office of the County Recorder of Orange County,
as shown on District Map No. 50, referred to in Section 20006,030
of the Newport Beach Municipal Code and made a part of Title 20 of
said Code, is hereby rezoned from a C ®N °H and an R ®3 ®B District to
an Rml ®B District, and slid District Map No. 50 is hereby amended
to show this zoning change.
SECTION 2. The Planning Director of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby instructed and directed to change District Map No.
50 so as to show the zoning change described in Section 1 hereof,
and, as said District Map shall have been so amended, the same
shall be in full force and effect and be a part of Title 20 of
the Newport Beach Municipal Code.
SECTION 3e This ordinance shall be published once in
the official newspaper of the City,,and the same shall be effective
30 days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the day
of November 1967', and was adopted on the �74h
day of November 1967, by the following vote, to
wit.
