ORDINANCE NO. 1239
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ESTABLISHING SETBACK LINES AND AMENDING
DISTRICT MAP NO. 51
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
ordain as follows:
SECTION to District Map No. 51, referred to in Sec-
tion 200060030 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code and made a
part of Title 20 of said Code by reference, is amended and
building setback lines are hereby established for the herein-
after described real property in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, as. follows:
The front building setback lines for Lots 9, 10,
119 12, 15, 27, 30, 319 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37
and 38 of Tract 6228, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 229, pages 27 through 31, of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California, shall
be as follows:
Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 27, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34 and 35
shall be size feet (6').
Lots 15, 36, 37 and 38 shall be ten feet (10 ®)a
SECTION 2. The Planning Director of the City of New-
port Beach is hereby instructed and directed to change District
Map No. 51 so as to show the building setback lines established
in Section 1 hereof, and,as said District Map shall have been so
amended, the same shall remain in full force and effect and be
a part of Title 20 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published once in
the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be
effective 30 days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 27th day
of November , 1967, and was adopted on the 11th
day of December , 1967, by the following vote,
to wit:
