ORDINANCE NO. 1627
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
AMENDING CHAPTER 15.35 OF THE NEWPORT BEACH
MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING THERETO SECTION
15.35.045 PERMITTING INSPECTION OF RESIDENTIAL
DWELLINGS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE REPORT OF
RESIDENTIAL BUILDING RECORDS
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 15.35.045 is hereby added to
Chapter 15.35 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code to read as
follows:
"15.35.045 Inspection. In addition to the informa-
tion supplied in Section 15.35.040, the Community
Development Director may make a physical inspection in
conjunction with each application for report of residential
building records, and the Community Development Director
shall include in said report the information discovered
upon physical inspection of the subject property or,
should entry be refused, the Community Development Director
shall indicate on said report that entry was refused."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be published once in
the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be effective
thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption.
This Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 14th
day of July , 1975, and was adopted on the 28th day
of July , 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
