AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
AMENDING SECTION 12.24.045 OF THE NEWPORT
BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH A SPEED
LIMIT ON CAMPUS DRIVE FROM MACARTHUR
BOULEVARD TO JAMBOREE BOULEVARD
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 12.24.045 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code is amended to read:
"12.24.045. Prima Facie Speed Limit - Forty -five
Miles Per Hour. The prima facie speed limit on the
following named streets or parts thereof shall be forty-
five miles per hour.
The easterly one -half of Campus Drive from Bristol
Street to MacArthur Boulevard.
Campus Drive from MacArthur Boulevard to Jamboree
_ Boulevard."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be published once
in the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be
effective thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption.
This Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 14th
day of October, 1975, and was adopted on the 28th day of
October , 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
