AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
r� REPEALING CHAPTERS 9.12, 9.20, 9.24, 9.32,
9.36 and 9.40 OF THE NEWPORT BEACH
=F� MUNICIPAL CODE TO PREVENT DUPLICATION OF
THE UNIFORM FIRE CODE
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 9.12 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Chapter 9.20 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. Chapter 9.24 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. Chapter 9.32 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code is hereby repealed.
SECTION 5. Chapter 9.36 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code is hereby repealed.
SECTION 6. Chapter 9.40 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code is hereby repealed.
SECTION 7. This Ordinance shall be published once
in the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be
effective thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption.
This Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the
14th day of October , 1975, and was adopted on the
28th day of October , 1975, by the following vote, to
wit:
