AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ADDING SUBSECTION 7007(a) TO SECTION 15.04.230
OF THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE, PERTAINING
TO WAIVER OF GRADING PERMIT AND RELATED FEES
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection 7007(a) is added to Section
15.04.230 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code to read as
follows:
"Sec. 7007(a). Waiver of Grading Permit and Related Fees.
The City Council may in its discretion waive the
grading permit and related fees imposed by this Section
for the construction of quasi - public buildings by a tax-
exempt nonprofit corporation to be used exclusively for
educational, cultural and community purposes."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published once
in the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be
effective thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the
13th day of December
1976, and was adopted on the
20th day of December , 1976, by the following vote,
to wit:
