ORDINANCE NO. 90 -
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ADDING SECTION
12.66.087 TO THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL
CODE TO PROVIDE FOR APPLICATION OF
VEHICLE CODE TO PRIVATE STREETS IN THE
NEWPORT NORTH VILLAS DEVELOPMENT
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1: Section 12.66.087 is added to the Newport
Beach Municipal Code to read as follows:
"Section 12.66.087. Application of
Vehicle Code to Private Roads in the
Newport North Villas Development.
The provisions of
Vehicle Code shall

Section 2: The City Clerk shall cause the same to be
published once in the official newspaper within fifteen (15)
days after its adoption.
Section 3: This Ordinance was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 26th day of February, 1990, and adopted on
the 12th day of March, 1990, by the following vote, to wit:
