AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING SECTION
12.40.100 OF THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL
CODE TO DESIGNATE PORTIONS OF VILLA WAY,
32ND STREET, AND THE ARCADE FOR ANGLE
PARKING
• The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 12.40.100 of the Newport
Beach Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:
"12.40.100 Angle Parking Streets. Upon the
following described streets, all parking of motor vehicles
shall be angle parking:
Lido Park Drive, southwesterly side only, from 28th
Street to a point 405 feet northwesterly.
McFadden Place, from Balboa Boulevard to Ocean
Front.
Ocean Front, from McFadden Place to 24th Street.
15th Street, from Irvine Avenue to Clay Street, and
its northerly extension.
15th Street, from Ocean Front to Newport Bay.
17th Street, east side only, from first alley,
south of Balboa Boulevard to Ocean Front.
Hilaria way, cul -de -sac portions, westerly of and
easterly of Flagship Road.
Avon Avenue, westerly of Riverside Avenue.
Villa Way, west side only, from 32nd Street to the
alley southerly of 32nd Street.
32nd Street from Villa Way to Newport Boulevard.
The Arcade."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published
once in the official newspaper of the City, and the same
shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its
adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, held on the
10th day of December, 1990, and was adopted on the 14th
day of January , 1991, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEMBERS HEDGES, WATT,
TURNER, SANSONE, HART, COX, PLUMMR
NOES, COUNCILMEMBERS NONE
ABSENT COUNCILMEMBERS NONE
