ORDINANCE NO. 94- 9
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ADDING SECTION 12.66.088 TO THE
NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FOR
APPLICATION OF VEHICLE CODE TO PRIVATE STREETS
IN THE VILLA BALBOA DEVELOPMENT
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does hereby ordain as
follows:
Section 1:
Code to read as follows:
Section 12.66.088 is added to the Newport Beach Municipal
"Section 12.66.088. Application of Vehicle
Code to Private Roads in the Villa Balboa
development.
The provisions of the California Vehicle Code
shall apply to the following private streets in
the Villa Balboa residential development in
the City of Newport Beach:
Nice Lane
Paris Lane
Stare Lane
Lille Lane, south of Cagney Lane
Reims Lane."
Section 2: The City Clerk shall cause the same to be published once
in the official newspaper within fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
Section 3: This Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 14th day of February, 1994, and
adopted on the 28th day of February, 1994, by the following vote, to wit:
