AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING SECTION
12.44.040 (a) OF THE NEWPORT BEACH
MUNICIPAL CODE ESTABLISHING PARKING METER
• FEES.
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1: Section 12.44.040 (a) of the Newport
Beach Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(a) One dollar ($1.00) per hour
at all meters in Zones 1
and 9."
Section 2: The City Clerk shall cause the same
to be published once in the official newspaper within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption.
Section 3: This Ordinance was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 13th day of March 1995,
and adopted on the 27th day of March 1995,
by the following vote, to wit:
• AYES, COUNCILMEMBERS EDWARDS, WATT,
DEBAY, HEDGES, COX, GLOVER, O'NEIL
NOES, COUNCILMEMBERS NONE
ABSENT COUNCILMEMBERS NONE
