SECTION 3.
The said Board of Trustees deter-

bonds shall extend over a period of
nine years from the 2nd day of Jan-
uary next succeeding the date of said
bonds and shall bear interest at the
rate of seven per centum per annum,
and an even annual proportion of the
principal sum thereof snail be pay-
able by coupon on the 2nd day of
January of each year after their dale
until the whole is paid and the inter- .
