RESOLUTION NO. 243
A Resolution by the Boar.' of Trustees of the
City of Newport Beach, authorizing and directing
the execution and delivery to S. M. 1acBarnes of
$)e deeds of the city of Newport Beach and ratifying
the signing thereof by the President of the Board of
Trustees and Clerk.
The Board of Trustees of the city of Newport Beach do
resolve as follows,-
Resolved,tha.t the city of Newport Beach, it appearing to
be for the benefit thereof, execute and deliver to S. M. McBarnes
a deed for certain real property therein described, and the signing
and delivery of said deed by the President of the Board of Trustees
and Clerk of the city of Newo(r t Beach on the 11th day of June, 1923,
be and is hereby approved, ratified end confirmed as the act and
deed of the city of Newport Beach.
The above and foregoing Resolution was regularly introduc-
ed, considered, and passed by the Board of Trustees of the cityof
Newport ;Beach at a meting thereof held on the 23rd day of July,
1923, by the following vote:
Ayes, Trustees J. J. Schnitker, H. C. Sloan, Geo. P. Wils
Conrad Ricliter. L. S. Wilkinson. ' _
Noes, Trustees None.
Absent,
Attest:

Board of Trustees
