4 '7hereas, there is no city planning commission in the City
5 of Newoort'Beach, and the Board of Trustees of said city heretofore
6 made and filed a tentative report con - erning the division of a porti
7 of the city of Newport Beach into districts, which report was,after
8 the holding of a public hearing, on the 23rd day of July, 1923, duly
9 adapted as atentative report;
10 Whereas, on the 30th day of July, 1923, said Board of Trucl
11 to s concluded their final report concerning said matter, and de-

12 livered the same to the Clerk of the city of Newport Beach;
w2 13 Resolved, that all persons particularly interested and the
mN; 14 general public be and are hereby afforded an opportunity to be heard

z3d 15 at the hour of 7:30 a)'clock 1.11. of Saturday, the 4th daV of August

0 Z 16 1923, at the council chamber of the Board of Trustees of the city of
m a 17 Ne•,nroort Beach in the City Hall thereof;

U 18 Resolved, that there being no daily newspaper published in
19 city of Newport Beach, the Clerk of said city shall publish notice
20 of said hearing once in Nt'DORT NEWS, a weeklynewspaper of general
21 circulation, printed, published, and circulated in%the city of New -
22 port Beach, which newspaper is hereby designated for that purpose.
23 The notice of he-ring s?n 11 specify the time and place of
24 the hearing and invite all persons particularly interested and the
25 eneral public to be resent, and state that the

26 be given and afforded an opportunity to be heard. The said notice
47 shall be publishers within the creek within which the meeting is to
