3 A Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the
City of Newport Beach fixing the rate per
a centum and levying a tax upon all of the
taxable prcperty within the City of Newport

The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do

resolve and declare as follows:

the annual interest on all issued outstanding and unpaid inunicinal

bonds of the city of Newport Beach, and alsosuch part of the prin-

cipal thereof as shall become due before the time for fixin; the

next eneral tax 'Levy in anci for said City, the rate of the tax

The above and foregoing Resolution was passed, adopted
and approved by the Board of Trustees of the city of Newport Beach
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 31-d day of September,
