A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH DIRECTING CERTAIN FORK OR IMPROVEMENT
TO BE DONE UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE CITY ENGINEER
OF SAID CITY.
. The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach
do resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport
Beach did on the day of September, 1933, pass a Resolution
No. S .`-ordering the improvement of certain portions of Santq.
Ana Avenue, Ocean Drive, Twelfth Street and Fourteenth Street,
within said.city, under the Improvement Act of 1911, and the
amendments to said act;
AND WHEREAS, said Board desires that said work be done
under the direction of the City Engineer;
NOW THEREFORE, the _Board of Trustees of the City of
Newport Beach hereby resolve and direct that the aforesaid .work
shall 'be done under the direction of the City Engineer, and the
materials Used shall comply with the specifications and be to the
satisfaction of the City Engineer, instead of the Superintendent of
Streets.
